LLS Baltic Holding Sia was established in year 2006, and is family owned and controlled through Fincode LLP, London, England.

Since 1992 the group has operated in Scandinavia, Baltics and CIS, within the the shipping, transport and production industry and originates from Junior Holding A/S Denmark anno 1988.

The group established the first ferry connection between Scandinavia and Baltics "Amber Line" back in 1992, together with Roselius AB (Sweden) and Dan-Med Shipping Aps (Denmark) - the company was sold to Scandlines A/S (Denmark) in 1997.

Today the group is active within a wide range of businesses and provide logistics, shipping, container depot, manufacturing (marine/transport equipment, LPG tanks and wood products), property (Rent/sales) and aviation (Business jets sales/charter/maintenance).

The strategy is to maintain the production division's strong European market position and to develop the logistic (Transit cargo to and from CIS, such as special cargoes / tobacco, high value) and aviation division within the specific niche they operate.

We are focusing on quality and have high internal standards and is ISO 9001 certified since 1997 (Bureau Veritas).
